About The Position

This position is part of the Product Management arm of the Business Systems & Analytics team supporting the CIO organization. The goal of the Business Systems team is to create and deliver meaningful, large-scale technology programs that increase the ROI of Verkada’s business systems and technology and improve the overall value and performance of the organization. We make systems/processes more efficient, reduce manual, low-value work, and enable the company to run better, make better decisions, and ultimately be more profitable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Finance or other technical/ analytical fields.
Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills, capable of finding ways to diagnose different issues and driving them to resolution
An ideal candidate is able to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a fast paced and fluid environment.

Responsibilities

Provide first touch support across our various platforms, systems and processes. You’ll troubleshoot data issues, access inquiries and own processing related tasks
Draw from your experience to recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards that improves the team and our users’ experience while delivering long term scalability.
Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions for business systems and continuously identify opportunities that will streamline workflows and processes across all of our business systems and tools.
Collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and data to help enhance our overall customer experience
