Day to day as a Technical Support Specialist The Product Support Specialist at VAL-CO Industries is a pivotal individual contributor responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and training to both internal and external customers. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical principles to effectively communicate and align customers' experiences with our business goals and core values. You will assist customers in resolving product quality and application issues while identifying root causes of challenges and facilitating effective resolutions. Engaging in field support, you'll oversee product installation, project management, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive product information and training, contribute to collaborative technical solutions, and maintain documentation of product and customer interactions.
