This is an entry level Valve Product Specialist position that is responsible for providing customer driven focus to provide technical expertise, and product selection for our core valve product portfolio. The expectation is that the valve product specialist will work with leadership, outside sales, inside sales, service, and core vendors to grow our valve portfolio at a rate of 15% growth YOY or greater. After being provided the necessary training, the valve specialist will be expected to work independently on strategic sales initiatives, procedures, and goals. The valve specialist is expected to be able to perform day-to-day sales activities and meet sales objectives with guidance and mentoring from leadership. This position will require a tremendous amount of self-discipline, drive and persistence to be successful. The position requires the ideal candidate to travel extensively throughout the United States; an expectation of 75% travel time is required within the first two years.
