As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll champion customer needs across teams, turning questions into clear answers and challenges into proactive wins. From pre-sale guidance to post-sale support, you’ll deliver transparent communication, expert product insight, and frictionless experiences ensuring every interaction builds trust and drives satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 years in customer service or product support role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving moderately complex product and application issues across business units.
  • Handle technical requests across phone, email, and other channels, providing clear guidance, coaching, and timely follow-through.
  • Partner with global peers and product management to accelerate solutions and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
  • Collect and manage product data to strengthen self-service tools and improve information accessibility.
  • Collaborate with account teams and channel partners to support sales needs, including part-number requests and field technical inquiries.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to quickly diagnose and resolve customer challenges.
