About The Position

As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support with excellent customer service. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application. About the team: Our team is a transaction network. Much of our work is through email and phone calls. Superb customer service is our highest priority.

Requirements

  • Prior banking or client service experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of FIS products a plus
  • Recent Technical Background is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends. Eligible for overtime pay.

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Please note: If you do not have either of these, you must be willing to take the tests with a passing score within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as transaction inquiries and mutual fund order processing.
  • Provide in-depth product support and research client issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
