About The Position

The Army's Holistic Health and Fitness program is one of the most ambitious readiness initiatives in the history of the U.S. military, and Teamworks is the technology powering it. As H2F scales nationally, the practitioners embedded in units across the country need more than software. They need a partner who understands their world, speaks their language, and can help them get the most out of the tools in their hands. That is where you come in. As a Product Success Manager on the Tactical team, you will own the onboarding and long-term adoption of Teamworks' core H2F products across assigned Army units. You will work directly with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, mental performance specialists, and brigade leadership to ensure our platform is fully embedded in how they operate every day. Your background in performance or tactical environments is not just a nice-to-have here. It is the foundation of everything you will do in this role. This is a high-impact, high-ownership position at the front lines of a vertical that is growing fast. If you are ready to apply your expertise in a new way and help shape how technology supports the Army at scale, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships in a performance, military, or healthcare setting, with the ability to operate independently across a large book of business
  • Demonstrated experience onboarding or implementing technology solutions in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
  • Experience working with at least one Teamworks product including Hub, AMS, Nutrition, or Strength and Conditioning
  • Strong communication skills with both practitioner-level users and leadership-level stakeholders, with the ability to adapt your style to the audience
  • Ability to travel to base or on-site locations and obtain a government Common Access Card (CAC) and other required credentials
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift and self-direction is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Direct tactical or military background, with firsthand understanding of Army structure, culture, and operational tempo including familiarity with terms like PCS, TDY, and METL
  • H2F or SOCOM practitioner experience as a strength coach, athletic trainer, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or mental performance specialist
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary performance teams and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Familiarity working with behavioral health professionals, chaplains, or medical providers in a performance or readiness context
  • Background applying technology in high-performance or mission-critical environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding and implementation process for H2F practitioners and units, driving activation rates, time-to-first-value, and practitioner engagement benchmarks from day one
  • Build trusted relationships with H2F stakeholders at every level, from mental, spiritual and performance providers to brigade leadership and program administrators
  • Execute training programs tailored to military audiences, connecting Teamworks Hub, AMS, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning capabilities directly to H2F mission readiness outcomes
  • Monitor product engagement and usage data across your assigned accounts, identifying patterns, surfacing friction points, and driving proactive intervention before churn becomes a risk
  • Translate field learnings into actionable feedback for Product, Support, and Tactical leadership, ensuring our platform continues to evolve alongside H2F program needs
  • Standardize and document onboarding frameworks and playbooks that can scale as the H2F portfolio expands rapidly across new units and brigades
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sport and other verticals, sharing best practices and contributing to a unified approach to product success at Teamworks
  • Travel to base or on-site locations as needed to support in-person implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement
