About The Position

Are you ready to make an impact? The Product Success Analyst within the Intellio Labs team at West Monroe is responsible for driving user adoption, satisfaction, and measurable impact for internal generative AI and data assets. This role serves as the voice of the user and supports research, insights, enablement, analytics, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product execution and firmwide adoption. This role operates with defined scope and guidance from Product Owners, owning execution of adoption, insights, and enablement activities while informing product direction through data and user feedback. The Product Success Analyst strengthens the end-to-end user experience and helps translate product strategy into outcomes by supporting launch readiness, usage measurement, and continuous improvement across Intellio’s AI ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in product success, user enablement, analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting adoption and measuring impact for digital, data, or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, prompt engineering concepts, and data practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive adoption and engagement for AI and data assets through insights, enablement, and ongoing user support.
  • Monitor active users, usage trends, and adoption patterns to identify opportunities to increase engagement and reduce dormant or underutilized features.
  • Design and support engagement and feedback mechanisms that strengthen user advocacy and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize user insights through research, feedback, and data to inform product direction and enhancement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and user impact.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to support informed decision-making.
  • Promote data fluency by enabling stakeholders to effectively consume dashboards and reporting artifacts.
  • Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and user-facing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Drive adoption through scalable training, guides, curriculum, and in-product learning experiences.
  • Equip stakeholders with tools, insights, and resources that support effective use of AI and data assets.
  • Support launch readiness activities including testing coordination, communications, training, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Enablement, Change Management, and Communications to coordinate execution.
  • Partner with Product to define success criteria for launches and enhancements, and track and report on key success metrics to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Support bug and feature request logging processes and systematic workflows in partnership with IT and MSP teams.
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to support smooth delivery and adoption.
