Requirements

We have state-of-the-art technology! This includes Google Suite and video communication software that is designed to help perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with these technologies is a MUST to be successful in this position.
Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.
A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Possess a valid driver’s license (required)

Responsibilities

Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guest’s wants and needs
Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
