Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology, design technology, business, or a related technical field required.
  • One to three years of experience in product support, product development, product management, engineering support, or a related technical or commercial role.
  • Minimal travel (approximately 5–10%).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience with PowerBI, database management, and light programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary product subject matter expert for assigned business units, providing product selection, application guidance, and quote support to customers and the sales organization while ensuring alignment with product standards and best practices.
  • Act as the first point of contact for product issues, quality inquiries, and returns, partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive timely resolution and inform product lifecycle decisions.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of external product and marketing information, including pricing, system data, catalogs, and website content, while leveraging internal data and customer feedback to support product performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence—including competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer requirements—to support portfolio prioritization, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support new product development and commercialization efforts through VOC participation, project management of Class II and III initiatives, internal and customer training, and initiation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) as needed.
