About The Position

Who You’ll Work With: This role serves as the connective tissue between investments, distribution, and our clients. The teams you will work with include, but are not limited to: Portfolio Management Trading Research Portfolio Solutions Product Solutions Marketing Relationship Management Client Services Strategic Relationships Group Investor Relations As a crucial member of the Fixed Income Business Development team, you will be at the forefront of the Global Business Development Organization’s efforts to commercialize our investment services in the US Retail and Institutional marketplace. In this partnership focused role, you will work primarily with professionals across both our fixed income investment teams and global distribution teams. Your work will directly influence the commercial success of the fixed income business as you champion the strategic messaging, competitive positioning, and products and services offered. This is a dynamic role where you will directly influence the business development of your respective products while building enduring client relationships and a reputable investor brand in the markets we serve. What You’ll Do: This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work across several products and initiatives concurrently. Serve as the go-to resource for product knowledge, articulating complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Capital Markets Specialist Develop an expertise in capital markets, modern portfolio theory, and investment strategies Curate a strong understanding of the global macro economy and the factors that influence capital market returns Establish a strong competency in the various fixed income sectors including rates, credit, corporate markets, government bonds, and securitized assets Client-Centric Advocate Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of financial professionals. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring our solutions are tailored to meet their specific requirements. Deliver exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term loyalty. Strategic Partner Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment and drive collective success. Bridge gaps, foster communication, and create synergies that enhance the overall effectiveness of sales and commercialization efforts. Aligning with organization resources to drive strategic initiatives and platform growth Competitively Alert Anticipate market trends and client needs through deep market knowledge and analytical prowess. What We’re Looking For: We seek a talented and high-energy professional with: A one to five years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, financial advisory, consulting, or investment banking. FINRA Series 7 and 63, 65 licenses (desirable but can be obtained post-hire). Expertise in analytical and presentation software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a curiosity to leverage AI in our day-to-day operations. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention detail and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights A commitment to strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. A growth mindset, both personally and professionally. Requirements
