About The Position

Analysts participate in Stifel’s Fixed Income Capital Markets Academy, a transformational two-year program designed to cultivate the firm’s future leaders. The Academy’s holistic approach balances technical experience with character and culture development, while emphasizing both personal and professional growth through shared experience. The Academy begins with a two-week bootcamp in New York City where Analysts receive formal training on Fixed Income markets, instruments, and analysis, as well as attend networking events to build relationships with peers. Thereafter, quarterly gatherings at Stifel’s major Fixed Income offices provide Analysts further in-person instruction and the opportunity to experience the breadth of the platform. Monthly virtual training sessions, in concert with regular mentorship, ensure Analysts are learning throughout the year, fully supported, and becoming meaningful contributors for the firm. Within their respective teams, Analysts acquire real-world experience and are fully immersed in the day-to-day business activities of one of the world’s largest financial institutions. Analysts work alongside our professionals, from Analyst through Managing Director, and gain exposure to various rates, credit and bespoke products. Stifel is an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees, across all subsidiaries and affiliates, are people with different strengths, experiences and backgrounds, who share a passion for finance. We view diversity holistically – it includes race, gender identity, age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion, and many other parts of one’s identity. The range of our employees’ points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
