About The Position

Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a Product Sourcing Analyst to support new product development and strengthen our supplier network. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional with hands-on experience in hydraulics, metal fabrication, and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement or supply-chain experience, preferably in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and metal fabrication processes
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience sourcing components in Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) or a closely related industry
• High level of computer proficiency, including ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Comfort traveling regularly to vendor facilities and manufacturing environments
• Strong negotiation skills, curiosity, and a hands-on, relationship-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Nurture existing vendor relationships while cultivating new strategic partners
• Ensure continuity of supply through diversification and contingency planning
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering on RFQs and supplier feasibility
• Travel to vendor facilities (40%) to assess capability, capacity, quality, and lead times
• Analyze quotes, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure technical alignment
• Track supplier performance using KPIs for cost, quality, and on-time delivery
• Leverage ERP, CRM, and data tools to support sourcing decisions and reporting
