About The Position

As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs. As a Product Solutions Manager in Healthcare Payments Strategic Partnerships, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • 5 + years of proven success in a revenue-generating role
  • 5 + years of experience within healthcare, health-tech, and/or merchant services
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations.
  • Influence without direct authority
  • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with building and delivering customer presentations, decks, and executive level summary notes and action items.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Financial Services, Open Banking, or Banking & Treasury Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Prior work experience in healthcare payment processing and/or open banking / embedded payments
  • Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare patient accounting systems / practice management systems
  • Integration / API experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Manage large, high profile partnerships, ensuring the health and satisfaction of customer relationships.
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within your assigned partnerships to ensure the highest levels of efficient interaction.
  • Identify possible risk areas that could impact customer retention or damage the customer relationship and appropriately communicate and escalate internally in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products and processes. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers EHR systems, and how InstaMed supports and integrates with systems.
