About The Position

Summary: The Product Sales Representative plays a crucial role at supporting our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve by establishing and growing customer relationships and being the liaison between the customer and Account Manager. The individual will visit customer and crib locations as needed to promote and initiate product sales and solve customer problems. This individual will utilize manufacturer representatives to make joint sales calls throughout the year to promote products and provide training. The Product Sales Representative will expand their knowledge by interacting with the manufacturer representatives and attend product training seminars. This individual will be required to take and monitor inventory of the customer crib stock and could include occasional delivery. The Product Sales Representative is seen as a champion for the company culture, our 5 P’s and our purpose to create lasting value for those we serve. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Build and maintain excellent customer relationships Provide excellent customer service for existing customers by providing solutions, managing projects, or providing information on products and services Identify new business opportunities and establish new customer relationships Maintain customer cribs Work closely with Account Managers to provide adequate account coverage Utilize technology for ease of doing business Familiarity with inventory management systems Requirements Critical Success Factors: Excellent customer service orientation Technology savvy Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and effective listening skills Must be driven with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the position Ability to see the big picture when developing goals and strategies for the overall business Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities Ability to successfully work independently and in a team environment Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback Self motivated with a strong desire to take the initiative Dependable Drives for continuous improvement Job Requirements/Specifications: Two year degree or equivalent experience required Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Previous customer service experience preferred Knowledge of Eclipse preferred Electrical product knowledge is preferred Knowledge of RF Guns a plus Work Environment & Physical Demands: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an incumbent.
