Job Title Product Sales Executive About your role: At Fiserv, a successful Sales Executive II is a dynamic leader who excels in driving revenue generation in the enterprise and merchant business. This individual is responsible for generating leads, securing new clients, and expanding Fiserv's market share within the industry. The role requires a strategic mindset to build strong relationships, develop selling strategies, and close deals efficiently.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of direct selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
  • Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developing strategic sales approaches and account plans.
  • Experience in leveraging executive contacts for expanded account coverage.
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong consultative sales approach, relationships within treasury and finance functions (emphasis on cash and or fixed income), and a track record of delivering solutions that enhance yield, liquidity, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and presenting business solutions.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of cash management strategies, short-duration investments, savings products and liquidity optimization
  • Experience in building and utilizing internal/external industry networks.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive profitable revenue within the assigned territory or accounts.
  • Develop strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new clients.
  • Manage the rapid movement of leads through the sales process, ensuring expeditious closing of business.
  • Leverage executive-level contacts to enhance account coverage and create demand.
  • Develop long-term client relationships based on mutual value and trust, leading to repeat business.
  • Secure funding for customer initiatives by linking Fiserv solutions to client business issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.
  • Share industry, solution, deal, and sales best practices with the sales community.
