REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Product Rework Processor in Tobaccoville The Product Rework Processor is responsible for the isolation and disposition of quipped product . Your key responsibilities will include: Ensures any non-conforming product is effectively isolated from acceptable product, identified and coded accurately, and receives the final appropriate disposition. Ensures any conforming product resulting from the process is reconfigured/reworked for acceptable shipment. Creates quip directives. Receives quipped product into Rework inventory. Inspects and isolates suspect non-conformance. Creates the final disposition of quipped product. Prepares and sends reworked product to the warehouse. Communicates with the warehouse for product returns and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Systems - MES, SAP, MS Office Applications, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with a keen sense of urgency
  • Quality conscious with attention to detail
  • Technical communication skills
  • Willingness and availability to work varying shift hours and weekend work based on business need
  • Dependable and flexible; ability to change direction quickly
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift / position materials up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures any non-conforming product is effectively isolated from acceptable product, identified and coded accurately, and receives the final appropriate disposition.
  • Ensures any conforming product resulting from the process is reconfigured/reworked for acceptable shipment.
  • Creates quip directives.
  • Receives quipped product into Rework inventory.
  • Inspects and isolates suspect non-conformance.
  • Creates the final disposition of quipped product.
  • Prepares and sends reworked product to the warehouse.
  • Communicates with the warehouse for product returns and inventory accuracy.
