About The Position

Under general supervision, Product Returns is
responsible for receiving all returned merchandise from all locations in the
warehouse and storing the merchandise in a proper manner and placing it in the
proper area while abiding by all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Must have knowledge of proper scan gun procedures and Storis
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery trucks, returns, work orders from the loading dock, inter-store transfers, repossessions, and mattresses
• Place merchandise in proper area with the correct tag/label
• Quickly gain knowledge of merchandise
• Label and scan all merchandise properly with scan guns to ensure an accurate inventory count
• Check daily assignments and responsibilities
• Assemble merchandise
• Scan merchandise from individual departments within the warehouse to other departments within the warehouse
• Use excellent customer relations with both external and internal customers
• Any other duties as directed by management
