Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DOE/Statistics (JMP) and any other data visualization tools such as Python, Power BI or related AI based automation is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality and reliability activities throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and design through qualification, release, and sustaining.
  • Apply, define, revise, and maintain requirements on parts/products against the quality and reliability standards, test methods, and acceptance criteria aligned with customer expectations and industry best practices.
  • Drive Q&R engagement in product development, ensuring early identification and mitigation of reliability and quality risks.
  • Perform FMECA.
  • Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, including environmental, mechanical, electrical, and operational stress testing - document CRAMS and partner with design engineering and suppliers.
  • Lead or support Product Qualification Programs (PQP) at suppliers, including audits, readiness reviews, and qualification execution.
  • Develop and apply reliability models, life‑testing strategies, and ERAMS‑based methodologies to predict and validate product robustness
  • Analyze large datasets from field performance, operational metrics, and qualification testing to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage historical product and part‑level performance data to drive design improvements and prevent repeat issues on new programs.
  • Translate data insights into updated test requirements, design recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coach, mentor, and train engineers and cross‑functional teams on quality and reliability tools, processes, and best practices.
