The Complaint Technician supports Complaint Handling by performing testing and inspections on returned product, documents the testing results, and dispositioning the product. The responsibility of the Product Quality Technician is to assist with field investigations and drive continuous improvement of product and processes. The role will primarily support root cause analysis of product with embedded systems, electrical and mechanical characteristics. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and eager to confront technical challenges!
