The Product Program Coordinator/Girl Experience Coordinator (PGEC) is a member of the Product Program and Girl Experience teams for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP). Product Program is a pillar of the entrepreneurial programs of Girl Scouting, teaching Girl Scouts how to manage and execute their own business through the annual Fall Product and Girl Scout Cookie Programs. The PGEC supports the planning and execution of programmatic events including but not limited to Cookie University and Financing Your Superpower events. The PGEC is additionally responsible for Girl Experience and Entrepreneurship programming in the Fort Worth area including but not limited to the coordination, implementation, and partnership with volunteers to deliver Product Program and Girl Experiences. This position must demonstrate and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice as a priority of the team including an ongoing climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all. In collaboration with the Product Program Manager the Product Program and Girl Experience Coordinator will exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance. This job is not routine, clerical, or administrative in nature.
