About The Position

We are hiring a detail-oriented Product Preparation Specialist to ensure our Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) attachments are showroom-ready before shipment to dealership partners.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform light assembly or basic repairs
• Ability to inspect products and identify cosmetic or minor mechanical issues
• Ability to work safely in a shop or manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with paint booths, spray equipment, or automotive/equipment touch-up is helpful

Responsibilities

• Inspect CCE attachments and identify cosmetic damage or areas requiring touch-up
• Perform paint touch-ups and refinishing to ensure attachments are in showroom-ready condition
• Assist with light assembly and minor repairs as needed
• Prepare attachments so they leave our facility looking their best—ready for display and sale.
