We are seeking a Certified Agile Product Owner with deep experience delivering data and analytics initiatives and recent exposure to Agentic AI solutions. This individual will bridge business strategy, data engineering, and AI innovation — driving high-impact solutions from ideation through delivery. This role requires someone who understands how to translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps, especially in environments involving data platforms, AI agents, and advanced analytics ecosystems. You will work closely with engineering, AI, marketing, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Certified Agile Product Owner (CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of product management or product ownership experience
- Proven experience delivering data and analytics projects (data pipelines, BI dashboards, data platforms, or cloud-based analytics solutions)
- Recent hands-on experience supporting or delivering Agentic AI or LLM-based solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing clear technical user stories for data engineering and AI teams
- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data-driven insights
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for data, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery
- Balance technical debt, innovation, and business priorities
- Drive product strategy for data platforms, BI systems, and analytics workflows
- Partner with data engineering teams to define scalable pipeline and reporting capabilities
- Ensure data governance, quality, and performance standards are incorporated into product plans
- Translate analytics use cases into technical requirements for implementation
- Define and prioritize AI use cases leveraging Agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, LLM-powered automation)
- Collaborate with AI engineers to design and deploy AI agents that drive measurable business outcomes
- Define evaluation metrics for AI performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure responsible AI practices and guardrails are embedded in product requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines
- Align AI and data initiatives to measurable ROI and operational impact
