About The Position

Shape the future of e-health with us as a Product Owner. Main tasks of the position: Reviews and (when appropriate) accepts and prioritizes feedback and new requirements from stakeholders (like Product Architects) for creation and maintenance of the product backlog (User Stories, Bugs for the product backlog, as well as Epics) Manages the product backlog & coordinates its timely implementation. Monitors Quality Assurance process and has full ownership on tasks and Bugs resolutions; The PO should rely on the development team for defining the technical User Stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritizes the product backlog items so that a product’s business value is maximized. Attends the Agile meetings (conduct refinement and planning meetings with the development team, attend team’s daily meetings where requested, Sprint reviews and retrospectives) Is available to the team when clarifications are needed (through collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and/or in person). Keep in constant touch with the Product Architect in order to clarify the team’s functional uncertainties. Where needed, collaborate with or assist UX/UI team in order to have the necessary designs before starting the implementation. Driving and managing the Scrum iteration by: preparing the User Stories prioritizing them based on velocity/capacity of the development team accepting/rejecting them starting/accepting/cancelling the Sprint. Assist Product Architect in creation and/or maintenance of the Product Roadmap Works together with the Agile Master (or Team Lead) to solve the team's impediments, difficulties, needs, to protect and ensure the Sprint goal is achieved. In cases where the Agile Master or the Team Lead are not available, the PO could be accountable for organizing all Scrum Meetings. Risk management: identifies, keeps track and informs the stakeholders of the project risks by any method at hand (scenarios/ risk board/ risk screening etc.) Partners with internal departments to coordinate, document and communicate product development process and release lifecycle Ensures successful product releases Must be able to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time and can pass along the status or functionality to any internal and external 3rd party. Has a good understanding of the end users Identifies opportunities for improvement Inspires and motivates the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

Requirements

  • Experience in working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment (good knowledge of Scrum/Kanban frameworks)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English included)
