SUMMARY As a Product Owner supporting Q2’s Relationship Pricing Platform (PrecisionLender), you will play a critical role in shaping, delivering, and evolving our integrations suite of products, including CRM, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and API-based services. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and client delivery, translating customer and business needs into scalable, high-impact integration capabilities. You will act as a bridge between Product Management, engineering, client-facing teams, and external partners to ensure integrations are intuitive, reliable, and deliver measurable value to financial institutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, operational discipline, and a deep customer-centric mindset, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes. As part of the Relationship Pricing & Intelligence Product team, you will work closely with clients, software engineers, product designers, product managers, and service delivery teams to improve our products, processes, and overall ecosystem. Key Focus This role is specifically designed to own and advance upstream and downstream integrations , including: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Internal and external APIs and data services You will be responsible for ensuring these integrations are thoughtfully designed, well-documented, and aligned with both customer workflows and Q2’s broader product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5–8 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management.
  • Experience engaging with clients to optimize product strategies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of financial institution requirements.
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog; write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and fraud operations to refine, test, and deploy features.
  • Assess trends and recommend real-time adjustments to models and risk thresholds.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove obstacles and address dependencies that impede team progress.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and sprint execution.
  • Work with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for product features.
  • Support QA efforts by defining test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the development team.
  • Engage with clients to optimize fraud prevention strategies.
  • Document product features, user stories, and requirements in Jira and Confluence.
  • Monitor and report sprint progress and assist in user acceptance testing with customers.
