About The Position

Software Mind develops solutions that make an impact for companies around the globe, working with tech giants and unicorns. This role involves joining a dedicated Polish and British team of developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters. The team is focused on building innovative document management software to advance clinical research, working with a client on a trust-based, collaborative model for years. The work includes development using .NET, C#, and React, automation with Playwright, and DevOps with Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform, fostering a strong culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have an agile mindset and enjoy working with development teams, aiming to make an impact in healthcare within a supportive environment.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development projects
• Ability to turn business and regulatory needs into clear requirements
• Understanding of Agile delivery in IT environments
• Strong communication with technical and domain stakeholders
• Structured and analytical approach with focus on quality and compliance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IT systems for pharma or healthcare
• Basic knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. GxP)
• Experience with complex or enterprise-scale systems
• Awareness of security and data privacy requirements
• Experience working with international teams
