About The Position

Kforce is looking for a seasoned Product Owner in Phoenix, AZ to lead the development of our client's Web and API Platform in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This individual will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into powerful digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and support operational goals.

Requirements

Experienced in web and API product development
Highly adaptable, and proficient in Agile methodologies
A natural problem-solver with strong communication and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs
Prioritize stories and features within Agile sprints to maximize value delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders
Define clear and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Drive and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and discovery sessions
Break down complex features into actionable work items for development teams
Act as a subject matter expert and central point of contact for the product domain
Stay informed on industry trends, API development, and web technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation
