Job Description Summary Lead technology delivery initiatives and ensure successful execution of strategic projects. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, driving product vision, prioritization, and delivery in alignment with organizational goals. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, technology delivery, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing technology projects in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Prior experience leveraging Jira to execute deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology and Jira required

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Product Backlog
  • Prioritizing the work for the team.
  • Working with OnBoard Assist Product Managers to ensure alignment to Program/Project priorities
  • Writing functional stories in collaboration with team members and other tech/test leads
  • Determining when a story is Ready and Accepts it when it’s done
  • Running regular refinement sessions with the team to refine stories and plans the work for each Sprint
  • Continuously planning ahead with the Lead Product Owners
  • Preparing for PI Planning; making sure all artifacts are ready
  • Preparing UAT and Production Validation test scripts
  • Leading UAT Testing and Production Validation and obtains signoff from the Lead Product Owners and Product Managers
  • Work with Test Lead and others to be sure all items will pass Overall Test Approval (OTA) reviews
