About The Position

Our client has an immediate job opportunity for a Scrum Product Owner who has specific expertise in ServiceNow Implementation support. Knowledge of CSM, ITSM and/or CRM modules is required. This position is a contract to permanent opportunity and is hybrid (onsite 1-2x per week in Reston VA) and will conclude with a Face-to-Face interview prior to selection. The selected Scrum Product Owner will be working with external customers to assist with Road Mapping / Visionary / Product Enhancements, then execute these initiatives with the internal scrum team. Serves as an authority over Business Analyst and product teams to ensure clarity in strategic direction. Brings in expertise to lead and manage project requirements and introduces new, beneficial tools and practices. Focuses on managing the development of products to meet the needs of internal and external clients, and helps to establish the business value for their development and implementation. Requirements

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
  • Any Product Owner related certifications is required. Any ServiceNow related certifications is a plus
  • Experience: Min of 8 years total experience, with the last 6 years previous years as a Product Owner with an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
  • Seeking a Visionary and Road Map builder! Not an execution team member only. Must have experience building roadmaps for digital product advancements.
  • Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow Implementation as a Product Owner. ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and/or CRM modules is required.
  • Pristine communication skills is required for frequent client interactions and C-Level meetings
  • Product vs Strategy and execution expertise
  • Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must have support multiple scrum teams at once.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
