The Product Manager shall be responsible for providing product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and capability prioritization support in execution of the Virtual Wizard Users Group (VWUG) in support of the NIWDC DevLab Virtual Wizard (VW) System of Systems (SoS). The SME II shall ensure VWUG outputs align with DoW policies, enterprise objectives, product roadmap priorities, and established governance processes and timelines. Position will perform duties on NIWDC Headquarters in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include: Lead product-level planning and strategic alignment activities for the semi-annual VWUG Conference to ensure discussions, demonstrations, and breakout sessions directly support VW SoS roadmap objectives. Develop and maintain prioritized capability backlogs derived from VWUG stakeholder input, user feedback, identified gaps, and integration challenges. Translate VWUG outcomes into actionable product artifacts, including roadmap updates, capability release priorities, and recommendations for inclusion in the VW Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM). Coordinate with development teams, integrators, and enterprise stakeholders to validate feasibility, integration impacts, and alignment with DevLab architecture and configuration governance processes (e.g., ESC, CCB). Prepare and deliver executive-level summaries and product status briefings within ten (10) business days following each VWUG event, capturing prioritized enhancements, risk areas, and strategic decisions impacting product direction.
