  • Proven experience managing software products or platforms (preferably in [industry — e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare]).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with business acumen.
  • Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, effort, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer — ensuring usability, accessibility, and satisfaction remain at the core of development.

Benefits

  • Remote work (with potential travel as needed)
  • Opportunity to shape the direction of a growing product and influence key strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and unlimited PTO
  • Competitive salary, based on experience
