The Product Owner 11, Consumer Deposit & Payment Products, Buying Strategy & Capabilities Lead is responsible to ensure that a development team (pod) or multiple development teams (pods) are creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments. Owns and evolve the Buying Strategy capability roadmap across consumer deposits, with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and customer experience outcomes. Leads delivery of transformational enhancements across buying-related capabilities in close partnership with Digital and cross-functional teams. Translates consumer deposit acquisition strategies into prioritized, executable capability plans aligned to business objectives. Partners with Digital, Retail, Risk, Technology, Operations and others to ensure buying capabilities are scalable, compliant, and customer-centric. Uses customer, performance, and financial insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement of buying experiences. Defines initial business case assumptions, targets, and success measures for initiatives, proactively optimizing capabilities and customer experiences when outcomes do not meet expectations.
