This role will be expected to discover, refine, maintain and deliver a product and journey that addresses user needs while creating the right user experience. You will also be a member of the agile team who serves as the customer proxy for the development team. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the desired business outcomes, measured by a set of KPIs. You will have end-to-end accountability for prioritizing and maintaining a holistic product backlog (including new build, enhancement work, technology driven work etc).
