About The Position

Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Define, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Chain and Procurement capabilities within D365 F&O and other tools, continuously iterating to meet evolving business needs. Lead development of new features throughout the entire product development life cycle, from concept to delivery. Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog for Supply Chain and Procurement, including modules such as Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, and Vendor Management. Develop detailed Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items, clearly articulating functional requirements, dependencies, and sequencing for development. Ensure all new functionality meets predefined acceptance criteria and supports real-world supply chain and procurement workflows. Coordinate release planning, testing, and implementation activities with program managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and minimal business disruption. Collaborate across business units (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and IT) to align priorities and secure consensus on feature delivery. Review completed development work and provide final functional sign-off for feature releases. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, balancing business needs with system capabilities, timelines, costs, and resource constraints. Partner with Business Architects and ERP Functional Architects to map business capabilities to D365 F&O system functionality. Work closely with Business Analysts to translate business process definitions and data flows into clear, actionable ERP requirements. Act as the primary business representative to the steering committee, contributing to scope, timeline, and cost decisions related to Supply Chain & Procurement initiatives. Ensure requirements are well-structured, clearly documented, and ready for development, testing, and deployment. Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain and Procurement processes within D365 F&O. Maintain a strong functional and technical understanding of D365 F&O architecture, configurations, integrations, and impacts across modules.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst supporting an ERP platform
  • Hands-on experience translating supply chain and procurement requirements into ERP solutions
