About The Position

Working within the Digital User Experience Group, the Product Owner will lead teams to support the remediation of company web pages. Remediation will include: Reskinning web pages to new design system Upgrading fonts Implementing new modern UI development techniques

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Experience working in an Agile environment
Must have Exploratory Data Analysis ( EDA ) knowledge and experience
Experience testing accessibility of websites
User Experience (UX) knowledge
Understanding of modern UI Development
Must have the ability to work with multiple business partners and Product Managers

Nice To Haves

Certified Scrum Product Owner certification a plus
Knowledge of Screen Reader tools a plus

Responsibilities

Lead an agile team in driving strategic initiatives for client.
Partner closely with technology and strategy teams to deliver critical initiatives.
Will be a key member of the business who is the conduit to technology through the agile team.
Will be writing and accepting user stories that align to the product features and ensures the backlog stays full and is prioritized.
Partners closely with Product Managers to prepare features and user stories for continuous planning cycles.
Partners with agile team to deliver customer and business value through product features.
Develops user stories from prioritized features.
Leads efforts to attain product vision and objectives.
Writes acceptance criteria for user stories.
Ensures that user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are updated in the system.
Provides status updates to the business and management.
Collaborates with agile teams to follow through on business priorities and visions.
Manages and prioritizes sprint backlogs.
Empowers decisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint.
Approves each user story during the sprint.
