About The Position

Help us transform our workforce of the future, today. We are currently seeking a Product Owner for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The ideal candidate is a senior-level Product Owner with an excellent track record of leadership, accountability, and interpersonal skills. She or he will take initiative and produce timely and high-quality business outcomes in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. This person will participate in a Scrum team as the Agile Product Owner, which will require being aligned with the Product Manager's vision. This person will have a strong desire to learn and will become a CIAM Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
  • Requires expert analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; detail oriented, inquisitive, and strong time-management skills.
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. Must also be able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to work with cross-functional teams and various levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge of business systems, technical architecture, software development and maintenance practices.
  • Relationship building between business, technology, and related cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, identity and access management

Nice To Haves

  • Product Owner certification and Agile experience strongly preferred.
  • familiarity with Ping would be a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience may meet these requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create, own, and manage the team backlog, constantly collaborating with customers and the team to ensure work items are refined, prioritized, and delivered.
  • Develop detailed team backlog and ensure the work items are clearly understood by the development teams by discovering, analyzing and defining product requirements.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and the Agile Scrum Team.
  • Work with the Product Manager to understand the product vision and roadmap.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, backlog refinement sessions, team demos, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure product quality and accept user stories as done.
  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
  • Become a detailed Subject Matter Expert in CIAM and the Ping platform.
  • Provide product communication and support across the organization as a SME for CIAM.
