Help us transform our workforce of the future, today. We are currently seeking an Automation Developer to create efficient solutions for ETO Risk Management. This role would focus on automating internal control testing processes, helping reduce manual efforts to collect and analyze system data. This role plays a critical part in evaluating the effectiveness of the Company’s control environment. To be a successful Automation Developer, it is important that you are able to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions that support internal control testing and compliance initiatives. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in automation development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with internal control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, COSO, SOX), compliance standards and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
  • Experience with IT Service Management, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and GRC tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, monitoring and enhance automated workflows and scripts to support internal control testing and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain automation for evidence collection, control validation, and reporting.
  • Integrate automation solutions with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with independent risk management and compliance teams to understand control requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support third-party vendor engagements related to control testing automation by holding status meetings, ensuring governance over Bots and usage of APIs.
  • Utilize tools to build automated reporting of control testing metrices and time bound notifications from the enterprise GRC system.
  • Support the implementation of control frameworks such as NIST, COSO, SOX, and COBIT through automation.
  • Assist in identifying control gaps and opportunities for automation.
  • Generate reports on control performance, deficiencies, and remediation efforts.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation strategies through technology-driven solutions.
  • Document automation logic, control mappings, and system configurations for audit readiness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
