About The Position

As Product Owner for CareGauge and CareIntelligence, you will drive product strategy and execution for our analytics and reporting platforms. Working cross-functionally with sales, implementation, customer success, and engineering teams, you'll define the product roadmap, build business cases for key initiatives, and deliver solutions that drive measurable customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of product management or product ownership experience in healthcare software
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building clinical software applications
  • Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows
  • Proficiency writing SQL queries for data analysis and quality review
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data standards, particularly HL7/FHIR
  • Familiarity with healthcare code sets (LOINC, SNOMED, CPT, ICD-10)
  • Strong ability to translate clinical user needs into product requirements
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software products

  • Clinical background or healthcare domain expertise
  • Experience with business case development and ROI analysis
  • Prior work with analytics or reporting platforms
  • Experience supporting customer implementations and troubleshooting production issues
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies and sprint cycles
  • Track record of improving user experience based on customer feedback

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, implementation, customer success, and executive leadership to define product vision and roadmap for CareGauge and CareIntelligence
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for major product initiatives, including success metrics, ROI projections, and resource requirements
  • Set feature priorities based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business impact
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure product decisions align with end-user needs
  • Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and design specifications
  • Create design mocks and wireframes to communicate feature requirements to stakeholders
  • Partner closely with technical leads and engineering teams to guide product development
  • Ensure all stakeholders, particularly engineering team members, have clear understanding of requirements before development begins
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities throughout sprint and deployment cycles
  • Support new customer implementations and onboarding processes
  • Provide live customer support and troubleshoot technical issues for existing customers
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions
  • Serve as product expert for customer-facing teams
