Department Overview In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of nine sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow Solutions, Digital Trading & Investing, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution. Business Control & Support, and the Chief Operating Office. This role is in the MSWM Field Experience & Platforms (FPE) organization. (FPE) encompasses a wide range of services and support designed to add value to our clients with a shared goal of serving the best interests of our branches and our clients. What you'll do in the role: Provide Business Analysis and Subject Matter Expertise to deliver enhanced and streamlined processes to our field services teams. Help develop and deliver field marketing, training, and communications across the broader WM organization as it relates to platform and policy changes and help drive adoption of changes. Drive new technology requirements while providing testing and implementation support to enhance Money Movement platforms. Assist and lead, where applicable, in developing and communicating strategy for individual products based upon understanding of market, competition, regulatory, and legislative trends Work with Risk and Service partners to identify system or experience gaps that need to be addressed. Perform other miscellaneous project leadership tasks as directed by head of Asset Movement Platform team. Provide Product Support: Research and resolve complex issues related to assigned products or core competency Work with various stakeholders through the agile framework to fix existing issues and/or bring new initiatives to light. Work and build solid relationship with key stakeholders - including Operations, Field Service, Marketing, Technology and Quality Assurance teams - to deliver simple, elegant and defect free products

Requirements

  • 3 Years + of relevant work experience
  • Must be highly motivated and an independent leader with a strong work ethic.
  • Prior business analyst and leadership skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
  • Strong analytical, process-oriented, user experience, problem-solving/issues-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
  • Be able to work in a strong team and high activity environment where the sharing of ideas and talents is encouraged and welcomed.
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to engage and find opportunities beyond individual responsibilities
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio,Word, and PowerPoint required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JIRA preferred.
  • Money Movement process experience preferred, but not required.
  • BA or BS preferred, but not required.
