We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Owner focused on AI Strategy & Execution within our Wealth Services Platform. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or fintech, with exposure to advisor platforms, brokerage operations, or client-facing digital tools.
- Experience supporting the delivery of digital or technology-enabled products.
- AI experience preferred.
- Strong interest in AI/ML technologies (e.g., LLMs, automation, copilots) and their application in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to execution of complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Possesses a “get-it-done” attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of AI-powered products: Contribute to the design, build, and rollout of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., copilots, workflow automation, agent-based tools) that enhance advisor and client experiences.
- Translate requirements into execution: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to turn business requirements into detailed user stories, technical requirements, and delivery plans.
- Drive day-to-day execution: Own specific workstreams within AI initiatives—tracking progress, resolving blockers, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to solution design: Partner with senior leaders to evaluate AI approaches, tools, and vendors; support prototyping, testing, and iteration of AI use cases.
- Support governance and controls: Assist in implementing AI governance, documentation, and risk controls in line with enterprise standards, ensuring solutions are compliant and well-documented.
- Monitor performance and adoption: Track product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics; identify opportunities for improvement and support ongoing enhancements.
