About The Position

In this product operations role, the leader is responsible for facilitating interactions between the product, sales, and operations teams. This role serves as the main day-to-day point of contact between these teams to manage tactical requests, solicit input, and implement strategic recommendations Essential Job Functions (=Non-essential tasks):

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong problem solving and solution development capabilities
  • Ability to make sound and logical judgments.
  • Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards changing clients' needs
  • Determination to reach challenging goals and create business opportunities
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement

Responsibilities

  • Management of tactical product support, including implementing product changes, soliciting feedback, developing supporting materials, and resolving product issues
  • Implementing changes in accordance with the strategic roadmaps developed by the product team.
  • Ensuring new and existing products are properly integrated into OSV’s operating systems by liaising with stakeholders to setup pricing, discounts, contracts, promotions, and other operational needs as they arise.
  • Supporting development product management roadmaps.
  • Other duties as assigned
