We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to strengthen how our product organization measures, learns, and executes. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations, focused on turning insights into action. You’ll help ensure we’re asking the right questions, measuring the right things, and making informed adjustments to roadmaps and launches based on real data. As our product organization grows, having a strong, consistent product operating rhythm becomes critical. This role helps close gaps in metrics, reporting, and insights, ensuring decisions are grounded in data, not assumptions. Your work will directly improve execution efficiency, product outcomes, and cross-functional alignment by enabling teams to see what’s working, what’s not, where to focus next, and by owning key operational projects that scale our product practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in product-related operations or analytics roles
  • Experience in product operations, product management, operations, or program management
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Experience supporting product management in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle and how data supports each stage
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations
  • Experience improving operational systems, tools, and processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, coordinate effectively, and influence without authority

Responsibilities

  • Product Insights & Optimization. You support product teams by identifying insights and optimization needs, fixing misses in metrics and reporting, and enabling data-driven adjustments to roadmaps and launches. You’re comfortable digging into the details to understand performance and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Data Collection & Analysis. You are responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing product data from multiple sources. You identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product and business decisions, and you help standardize how data is collected and evaluated across the organization.
  • Process Improvement & Operating Rhythm. You identify and drive opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment. You help establish and reinforce a data-informed product operating rhythm, creating repeatable systems that let product leaders focus on strategy and innovation rather than operational overhead. You lead and own product operations projects and cross-functional initiatives such as rolling out new tools and workflows across teams.
  • Reporting & Visualization. You build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders. You ensure metrics are clear, reliable, and tied to meaningful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. You work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to support execution, surface risks, and keep plans on track. You communicate clearly, build trust, and help teams stay aligned around shared goals.
