About The Position

Oracle Health & Life Sciences Operations organization is hiring a Product Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, approval, launch, and adoption of population health products and features across global markets. This role drives cross-functional alignment across product, sales, marketing, finance, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, and compliance to ensure every commercial and customer-facing implication is addressed before release. You will streamline field communications and enablement for Provider, State, Nation, and Payer segments; build the operating cadence, dashboards, and KPI reporting for GTM execution; and escalate risks and approvals to accelerate time-to-market. You will be part of a team that coordinates Product, Sales, Services, Support, and Regulatory so the right work happens in the right order enabling predictable adoption.
