As the Product Operations Manager, AI Enablement, you will own the strategy, implementation, and evolution of Chime’s common AI tool stack—ensuring Chimers have safe, effective, and powerful tools that amplify their productivity. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and functional teams, bringing rigor, experimentation, and empathy to how Chime scales AI adoption. You’ll oversee our portfolio of enterprise AI tools, define standards for how new tools are evaluated and onboarded, and measure how effectively they deliver value across the company. We’re looking for a technical program manager who is both systems-minded and people-oriented—someone who can translate complex requirements into scalable, secure systems that empower Chimers to get more done. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $157,590.00 and up to $218,900.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to Own Chime’s enterprise AI tool ecosystem. Manage vendor relationships, licenses, renewals, and access for existing tools, and help determine which tools we should add/sunset. Define and evolve our Common AI Tool Standards. Partner with the GenAI Platform team and functional AI leads to establish guidelines on data privacy, security, and ethical use. Evaluate new tools and build-vs-buy decisions. Lead assessments of third-party AI vendors, ensuring they meet Chime’s technical, compliance, and ROI criteria. Drive adoption and training. Collaborate with Learning & Development and vendor partners to ensure Chimers are equipped to use AI effectively in their day-to-day roles. Measure impact and usage. Track adoption, utilization, and satisfaction metrics across teams to identify where AI tools are driving value—and where additional support is needed. Partner cross-functionally. Work with Engineering, Security, and Compliance to ensure tools meet all governance, risk, and data handling standards. Pilot and scale internal AI solutions. When third-party tools don’t fit, partner with internal engineering teams to develop lightweight, high-ROI custom AI applications. Be a trusted advisor. Help functional partners identify opportunities to use AI safely and effectively to improve processes, automation, and decision-making.
