Product Operations enables Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver customer value with clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact. This is an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you’ll be working on: Product Analytics: Support event tracking design and analysis in tools such as Segment and Amplitude to inform product decisions; identify opportunities to automate reporting and event tracking; conduct data audits to validate instrumentation accuracy and metric integrity; build dashboards and reports to track user adoption and product performance; improve documentation to increase self-service Product Development Life Cycle: Create methods to measure key checkpoints in the lifecycle across a multitude of teams; improve Voice of Customer intake workflows to increase prioritization clarity; evaluate ways to apply agentic product development to this life cycle and to streamline intake and reporting Knowledge Enablement: Design scalable documentation standards; support analysis and execution of documentation system migrations; explore AI-assisted approaches to improve documentation quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
• Majoring in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Business Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
• Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026.

Responsibilities
