About The Position

The Product Operations Coordinator role will support Sports Live Events across CBS.com and
apps. The focus will be on Live Events with DAI. This role will be responsible for supporting
operational workflows, accompanying documentation, and day-to-day content needs and
updates related to live events on CBS shows/properties. It is essential to ensure real-time
operations and to monitor the start and end of all live events.

Responsibilities

• Working during all live events
• Primarily weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Creating operational workflows and accompanying documentation for:
• DMA/Event targeted homepage marquees
• Including real-time publishing/unpublishing
• Live event curation
• Including real-time publishing/unpublishing
• Live DAI operations
• Additional duties as assigned
• Creating Jira ticketing process for all necessary work
• QA of live games across all platforms and locations
• Escalating any issues outside of the purview of Operations to the appropriate channels
• Triaging and resolving any operational issues
