Join the Product Operations team, to help mature and enhance a disciplined change management function that enables the Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization to consistently adopt new ways of working. As a Vice President on the Change Management team, you will define and improve a repeatable framework that drives sustained adoption, promotes transparency, and embeds continuous feedback. In this role you will serve as a pillar lead, owning a portfolio of change initiatives and partnering directly with change owners and key stakeholders to translate business priorities into an integrated change strategy, leveraging change management principles to help the community understand, prepare for, and champion change - ultimately strengthening adoption and enhancing the overall product operating model.
