Product Operations Analyst
About The Position
Onyx Odds is a fast-growing, venture-backed social sports prediction platform. As user activity has scaled quickly, we’re expanding the team to support product execution and day-to-day operations. Founded by Harvard graduates with a background at Jane Street, Onyx is headquartered in downtown Manhattan. This role is in-office. We’re hiring a Product Operations Analyst to help keep the product running smoothly and support feature launches as the business grows. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Trading. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, metrics, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in product ops, operations, analytics, or a similar role
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in sports and fast-growing startups
- Willing to work in-office with some schedule flexibility
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product operations and platform performance
- Coordinate feature launches, QA, and releases
- Monitor metrics and flag issues or trends
- Investigate and resolve platform or market issues with Product and Trading
- Analyze user and operational data to drive improvements
- Manage site merchandising and in-product content placement
