About The Position

The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to work across our Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy offerings to focus on product Definition, Development, and Launch. The Senior Manager of Product Management for Oracle Dedicated Cloud is a leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and driving the product development with our outbound and engineering internal teams. The role carries broad influence, significant business impact, and ownership of mission-critical product releases and launches aimed at driving OCI’s growth and success in global markets. The primary objective will be to define, manage and deliver the product solutions that resonate with customers. This should include managing the full portfolio roadmap for DRCC and Alloy across its full lifecycle, partner with the engineering service teams to prioritize product and feature development, and partner with our outbound team to define the readiness and enablement plan for the solutions. This requires: Proven track record in management and establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication. Experience managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Great organization skills to help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership. Passion for product management and strong experience with developing service offerings as they relate to a Core Cloud Infrastructure Services. Technical and product knowledge on Physical Datacenters and Cloud Services such as Compute, Storage, and Networking, as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the technology industry, with substantial ownership of cloud infrastructure products and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), including delivering large-scale infrastructure products or services.
  • Certifications on any of those platforms, or evidence of solutions built on top of any of these platforms.
  • Proven technical background: comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, understanding architectures, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills—able to influence, present, and persuade at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Track record of successful product launches in cloud or enterprise technology markets.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, security, networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of OCI cloud infrastructure products, including strategy, roadmap, requirements, competitive analysis, and go-to-market execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—spanning engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales—to deliver best-in-class cloud solutions.
  • Engage deeply with customers and partners to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate needs into product requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to inform product direction and keep OCI at the forefront of innovation.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and status to executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Drive customer adoption, develop business cases, and track metrics to measure product success and inform future investments.
  • Serve as an OCI advocate at industry events, customer sessions, and with internal leadership.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
