About The Position

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. May telecommute. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. Travel up to 25%, to various locations throughout the U.S for client/team meetings. No relocation required. (385.30901) Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Manager-related occupation. Position requires: 1. Lead activities from discovery phase to support phase 2. Conduct discovery workshops with customers 3. Interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis 4. Working with global enterprise customers 5. HCM software and/or domain Product experience working with complex hiring flows 6. Agile and Scrum development processes 7. Defining, leading, and developing project tasks 8. Design and execute user acceptance testing plans 9. Working with Jira, confluence, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools; 10. Design and implement Business Intelligence (BI) reports using tools such as Oracle BIP, OTBI 11.
