Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for Product Management Salesforce Intern to be in Santa Clara, CA. The Intern term is from June to August, 2026. Full time requirement (40 hours per week). Purpose: The Product Management Intern will be a part of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team and will be responsible for identifying critical business pinpoints and in turn documenting these into requirements for system automation and process improvements within the Sales and Marketing Organizations at Circulatory Restoration Division at Johnson & Johnson.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Management of Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Interested in and passionate about communicating with the business team.
  • Interested in and passionate about IT technologies and innovative IT solutions.
  • Effective when working independently and in team environments.
  • Good teamwork, planning, organizing and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured and result driven.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Salesforce desirable and Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Working and interacting with clients by understanding and responding to their requirements.
  • Analyzing problems, designing solutions, implementing potential AI Agents.
  • Documenting processes.
